Your funds may be returned to you after the end of ICO, most likely. If they return the money to you earlier, I will be surprised.
In general, I don't quite understand your situation. But it is interesting, as it may come in handy in the future.

I also think that before the end of the ICO, no one will return anything. Most projects would not even consider this option.
