Without being 100 percent sure, since I do not speak Portuguese and am hence relying on a translator, I would say that you have to right-mouse click on the transaction which is unconfirmed (and not in memory pool) and then choose "Abandon transaction" option.
That should recover your funds, if you are running the latest wallet version (currently 0.12.5.1, check
http://wallets.paccoin.net/) and are on the correct chain (and not on the old $PAC chain from $PAC wallet version 0.12.3.1).
