Sure ,you can be ignorant as you wish,but issuing non-branded cards is forbidden. Whatever Boris works can be only illegal and consequences of his work will pay his customers when Mastercard cancels cards.

I agree with you. Borys has been very stubborn and that has shown how incompetent he is too.
