The Market will not recover until the whales get the ETH and BTC from the retail investors and the 2017 ICO projects.Because the whales are the banks.They give lots of bank loans in 2017 to people who invested in crypto and now these people will burn and became slaves of the system which is the point of their strategic tactic.These people will not be able to play the game soon so in the next bull run there will be fresh new fishes to catch with promises for lambos etc
