a) The gambling site isn't bearing the transaction fee, sender is
b) The site is new af, no one will trust them with 100$ on the first try
Because the minimum deposit was 100 dollar, I didn't test how it works, but I think since the deposit amount takes from ClickGem wallet, you will not have to pay transaction fee. I hope they will decrease minimum deposit to 5 dollar very soon, so the new customers can play with low amount before deciding to deposit large amount like 100 dollar.
