If gambling is illegal in your country, would you still gamble?
I never thought about it and I don't even know if gambling is restricted in my country or not, some gambling site banned my IP but I always find a way to play, so legal or not, I keep gambling  until I'm convinced that I have to stop by my own  will.
We can get away with some legality issues in our country as long as there is not definite rules because anytime we can use crypto to gamble and most gambling sites does not require a KYC to start. I can say that gambling is easy with crypto and this is the reason why gambling industry has significant growth.
Still you can be tracked because most of the gamvling sites wallets were registered so if you are receiving money from the gambling sites to your wallet you may get legal issues if gamblig is banned in your country but as you said it is highly unlikely going to happen but be a good citizen and follow the rules of your country all the time.
