Can you tell a little more details about your condition? What happened to you in the previous couple weeks.
If we find the root of the problem we can easily fix it.

Anyways... a lot of people go jogging or meditate. Jogging brings you fresh air and relaxes your body. Meditation clears your mind.
You should improve your overall condition before making the next step. And after clearing your head maybe you will find out that there was no reason to stress out in the first place.
