These sort of press releases which i think you copied from an article? (correct?) are kind of frowned upon and probably constitute to copy-pasting..?
Probably this is the reason why his/her account was banned,most of the time people forget or failed to add the source link of the article and ends up getting permaban.This copy pasting may not be intentional but still the same rule for everyone,permaban until theymos implement new punishment for copy past based on this thread :
