Great summary of the virtual land and how it will be used. I actually had come up with a question that I was going to ask here but this article answered it. Regarding the districts..... Good call. I also like that land parcel NFTs will be relocatable if the owner decides to change it's usage. Will it require purchasing the new parcel that the owner wants to relocate to?
No need to buy the new parcel, but it have to be free ofcourse you just reconnect your parcel to another place that is free.

Erc721 or other non fungible standards are open tradable, thats what give you full ownership. We will offer a way to trade the ERC721 on our platform, but eventually any exchange that decide
to support NFT's can there are some forming.
