Will the cards look same as the pictures that are shown in the https://minexpay.com/ or you guys are going with different design.
That image posted posted by thunderjet. If these cards are ever going to be released will not have Minexpay branding so they will look completetly different from the scam images on the minexpay website.
What is certain is that Minexcoin/Minexpay/Minexsystem does not have any agreement with an official VISA/Mastercard program accredited manager to release any cards.
These cards if they are ever going to be released will be simply the same as over the counter pre-paid debit cards people buy over the counter in shops and malls in the EU and US.
It seems they are going to create a way to add balance to these cards by going through their API rather than go through the card issuer directly and that according to them means they "will be releasing their cards.... soon" and they think they can fool investors in to believing this not yet released "product" is what the ICO was created for.
I agree entirely with suggestions made by thunderjet when he said that Borys should resign but I will go a step further and say that scammers and paid trolls such as temhuk, jedgar and yurez83 and their alliance should go with Borys too
SCAM
Actually I think it is same card used for testing, slightly different from the one on your picture. It is Mastercard Gold Debit business card - issued as corporate card ,without name of cardholder,like test card on picture below:
This means that Boris did as I said- he falsely declared his customers as his workers,which is prohibited,but he does not care any more for laws and regulations. Nothing strange. He was lying heavily in July promoting that Minex has offshore bank with international license established and mananged by Minex
in the time when Minex actually didnt have any contract at all. 
Now he promotes and sending anonymous card:
- with unknown card issuer
- with unknown card fees
- with unknown card limits
- with unknown nominated currency
- with unknown availability in countries around world
As I said before , there is no reason to hide if everything is OK and legal. But it is not,that is a problem.
It looks to me as one final attempt to lure naive people to start buying MNX for its cards and sell some more worhtless coins before card has been cancelled and Minex inevitably shutdown after it.
