ChiBitCTy has been banned much longer than Roboabhishek. If he would have had a temporary ban, he would be unbanned by now. Roboabhishek would be the second best choice from what I've seen, although maybe less obvious of deserving it than ChiBitCTy. For reference: my opinion on ChiBitCTy.
