In my opinion there is no chance for envion to stand up again in crypto market.

Of course, there is no chance for Envion project to be carried out further. This is the end and that is why the court decided to liquidate the Envion ICO funds back to investors.
If one would read the court announcement then there is stated that they liquidate ENVION because no one left who is capable and trusted to take over this project from the founders or the CEO team. They are all waiting for law suites because committed a crime.
