I am the founder of Cryptomillions, a semi-decentralized lottery based on Ethereum Blockchain.

I am currently selling it for the following reasons:
The lottery was a self made project which I am not willing to bring forward
because it requires a lot of time
It requires a marketing budget

Reasons to buy:
75% of the project is already done
It only requires a marketing team
A small lottery licence is only £40/year for small lotteries and £400/year for big lotteries
but is non-transferable (source)
Currently runs on AWS and I haven't paid more than £5/month for server operations therefore it's
a cheap solution. I must also mention that the back-end performs very well in the entire world with
Cloud-Front, allowing for very fast requests!


The 25% missing part:
It's the server side algorithm and operations mentioned here.
You can do it differently such as fully decentralizing it, leaving it like it is now!


The price: just 20 ETH for source code, guidance on how to do it on AWS and the domain name
