I also have seen this liquidator news and will see how things move ahead. People finally got rid of the so called founders and team. It still will remain to see how many people get refunded and how the whole process will be carried out. When everywhere is darkness a wave of light is always welcomed. Some people will get their money back at least if not all.

when ico was going on in december 2017 then the price of eth and bitcoin was high and now everything in crypto fall down

you are right if their is refunding to the investors then i think crypto investors should not thake back their money or if they refunded then they have to hodl them for atleast for one year.
but still there is no clue that envion team will strict with the project or don't want to work on it right now iof they don't want to work on the project then refund is good.
