C'mon mate, I think you are smart enough and you must understand one thing. They finish sending cards in late Saturday evening. Now is Sunday, then will be Christmas. Than they need to connect real customers cards to the system, than will be New Year celebrations. Than they will need to check everything. And after that if they will have some time, they will make refund. Team priority is cards and customers which will use that cards. Please try to understand that simple thing.
