Negative trust does not stop you, and you are free to make a complaint in the Reputation section if you feel that the feedback is unjustified. There are checks for power in place and I can be excluded from my trust ratings being excluded by default. You are not censored either; if you were referring the the double post that was deleted by a moderator, double posting is against the rules.

I've talked to a friend who also uses the site and they're able to use the price boost without issue. Not a glitch.
No where did I say that everyone is unable to use the boost anymore.
