I really do not think that a bull market will happen in 2019, however it is quite likely that a small recovery will happen during the next months, the price of most coins is too low and it is very obvious to me that whales and smart investors are accumulating coins and are doing it in a way in which they do not move the market too much, but once they are comfortable with their holdings they will let everyone know what they are doing and that will spark a recovery.
