Bitmex does, but Poloniex no. By the way, Poloniex is going to remove their margin and lending products for US-based customers by the end of this year due regulatory requirements, their US customers will start looking for alternative exchange from now.
So do you think that this platform could be their options to choose? If so, then probably dev should prepare this because we know that this is an opportunity that shouldn't missed in order for them to get more users.
Well, US users that use to trade with margin would definitely to look for another exchange, but PRIMEXBT is still not available in market and has no reputation to be an option for those particular customers, it will need time and quality service to create a name for it in the space. Poloniex most likely forced to take that decision in order to compile with regulatory requirements in USA and the same would happen for PRIMEXBT, if it becomes a big exchange in future.
