I came across this through a friend today and i believe the creation of  hardfork is just to update the existing platform of ethereum, perhaps i should just call it an upgrade.
By virus of this, ethereum will be seen grow by next year and the bullish market might be boosted by the new development, which is a good thing for the crypto space.
