You are right. There are any updates about development. They just spamming with useless post in twitter which dont have any relation to project. Seems this is a scam and SEC and other regulator must investigate this and punish this scammers.
In order for the sec to become interested in this project, investors must submit their complaints and evidence. By itself, the situation will not be resolved
