As I see mainnet and wallet will be released in Q1 2019 from your roadmap. But your testnet must had be released in Q3 this year. Why I cant find on the site?
Yes,it has been released from October and is open sourced now,you can find it(Moonet) at our official website: https://www.usechain.net/ also you can reach it directly: http://moonet.usechain.net/#/ and github here: https://github.com/usechain we have been optimizing it and you can see our first DAPP based on identity soon
