"Back in the days, when F&F transactions were free on Paypal I could help you, but for quite a few months they've added a base fee for every transaction, which is 2$+, so that would mean I would lose about 10% every time I'd made a transaction for $20, even if the rate we trade at is 1:1. In conclusion, I can't do that simply because I have a better alternative locally, which would be both cheaper and faster.
For transactions that are $100+ I'll only lose about 2% in fees, which is actually quite OK compared to any other option, thus why I have a lower limit on every transaction."
