please why there is no warning, and I didnt do that again for a long time. at least you guys make a warning ban for 7 days and next if do that again , just do a perma bann
There IS a warning in the form of a specific rule about it, which I'm sure you didn't bother to read:

And obviously you've never visited Meta before, else you would have noticed that many permabanned members keep saying the same thing and the powers that be don't give a crap anymore. There's an epidemic of plagiarism on bitcointalk, and it doesn't matter how long ago you did it. In addition to that, you're now guilty of ban evasion since you're posting outside of a ban appeal thread in Meta. You're exactly the kind of member this forum doesn't need--just a spammer with alt accounts and nothing significant to add, and you're here solely to earn money. Bye-bye.
