No ICO, the team sold a few masternodes and hung in there for about 4 months, then all but one Dev left. I think they had unreal expectations, I dont think the Dash team themselves could have put Crypto on the streets with those time constraints. Luckys development continues at a slow pace with one developer. Im sure when the market picks up there will be more devs looking to be involved in these projects.
