Please do not put ZEN in this story, Horizen (ex-ZenCash) has its own TEAM responsible only for Horizen (ZEN).

but as far as I know ZEN is a hard fork of ZCL and development by ZCL former developers.

Rhett Creighton contributed to many projects including Bitcoin.. I'm not standing in defence, should we call BTC scam?

ZEN started chainspliting from ZCL as base for constructing completely new project, this is not secret. And we dont have anything with ZCL developers for a long time now..
