Hi pal. Because, to start with, i was searching for a decentralized betting platform or any other /not necessarily betting/ platforms to invest my money, and come up with the idea of betmatch not so long ago, but i'm already fond of it.
1. it is social betting network
2. they do not waste resources on building a protocol with limited demand
3. they do not rely on users looking for counterparties to place bets (i found it it the whitepaper and appreciate it)
4. they encourage peer-to-peer interaction (what is important for me)
5. they promote additional betting activity and we in addition will have the active social betting
