Just found out about this issue by reading this thread.
The only definite I know is that I paid for 6 shares and signed up due to the lure of a refund policy that has now been changed (as mentioned previous times in this thread).
The policy has not been "changed," it has perhaps (we shall see) been reneged upon. If you entered into an agreement with the refund policy in place, as you said you did, then the other party can't "change" the refund policy on their own.
