Another scam, maybe from same guy. Now its called Dexma ( https://dexma.info )!

Same story. He claims he can manipulate the roulete. Provides proof as he let me pick nick name of "player" and he made him win  

After he wanted me to deposit, that he can manipulate roulette and when I win we will split 50/50...
