I had difficulty coping the session id into my clipboard (using my phone) so i would suggest add a downloadable garantee letter with encrypted pgp signature.
I would also like to know what should happen if many users try to mix at max limits, do you have enough reserve for them all?
When i started a new session with segwit address for output transaction, it shows an error message that the output address is not valid. (?)
We will think about making it easier to save the ID or download a LoG.
If a lot of users mix high amounts, this automatically fills up our supply, which avoids problems in liquidity. Furthermore if there is in any way a small liquidity (e.g. by one user doing multiple mixes near our limit), we have an extra backup of coins in cold storage that we can add to our mixer's supply.
Regarding segwit addresses as output: I will investigate. I think the address check we use only allows legacy addresses, which is actually not best practice.
Hi @Bitcoin Laundry
I can see poor feedbacks from all those noobs above, some of them with negative trust, which won't help you a lot get the right review. I suggest you to make the test offer only available for Juniors rank and above with a neutral to positive trust.
I just thought about this when observing that your mixers always receive a good feedbacks and got in the intersest circle for some moderators and experienced members.
Good luck anyway

We cannot influence the quality of the feedback. It is obvious that some people are not really interested in creating a valuable feedback and they only want to make a quick $10. However we did not want to exclude members who usually only lurk around in the board. All in all we also have wuite a few detailed feedbacks with valuable input.
I saw a random option for the delayed payment period and out of curiosity, I wonder what would be the longest period of time a user have to wait before he will receive his bitcoins if he uses the random option?
The random setting chooses a delay of up to 24 hours.
》》 You can delete the session. But I have a question, if someone didn't click that button, is the data still out there?
Can I send more than a TX from more than one address to the generated address?
If you do not click the button, the data is wiped from our servers after 7 days. It is only accessible via the session ID. We store it for this time to be able to give support to users if an issue occurs with the mix.
Yes, you can send multiple transactions. However if you send two transactions with a delay in between and the mixer has started the payout of the first incoming coins, they will be distributet to your output addresses according to your initial settings. When the second payment arrives, the same thing happens again.
To have all your coins payd out in one (group of) transactions, it is best to choose a delayed payout. This way all your incoming coins can arrive at the mixer before the payout starts.
Regarding all the positive remarks in the reviews: Thank you very much. You give us the confidence, that our product is valuable and motivate us to make it even better!
