Entropay has stop accepting new client. Usually entropay come with virtual debit card. why dont you spend it (buying online)

I think now a days this is the problem with any financial business. This is the problem with fiat system. You have to trust a third party. This third party can change some of their terms and if it goes against you then you are trapped. Thanks to Blockchain technology, thanks to Bitcoin.
I think he is trying to find someone who can create a bank account with the same name on his Entropay account.
I am not sure how it's possible. If OP gave the valid details then why don't he create a new bank account and do the process him/herself?
