I am not sure how it's possible. If OP gave the valid details then why don't he create a new bank account and do the process him/herself?

If the account is in your name and you can provide the ID, than it's much easier.
I can create a bank account for you in an hour if you can provide me enough info.
I will only charge one time after the account is delivered, we can also use escrow if you want.
After that, it's your problem how you use the account. I won't have access to it
