It will not collapse any time soon. At some point, it will probably be replaced with some new project that will be introduced to the market. But I believe that crypto market will be active for decades for sure. It will have its place and its supporters and investors, but without any huge impact on the overall market. The stories saying that it will replace USD or take over its functions or be recognised and accepted by the central banking system seem highly unlikely to me.
