For the moment like this , it is best to hold now your altcoins rather than selling it in low value becuase you cannot gain enough profits with a low price. The best way to do is to hold and wait for the time that altcoins including the bitcoin  to bounce back again in their value to go high for you to able to gain more profits and earn more money.
