the market is stable I don't think that can happen because the movement of trade with crypto currencies continues to move and investors' expectations are not stable increases in my opinion
This is not an easy question to answer because we have had so many speculations about the market rise and the rise in the values but nothing happened. In fact people were heartbroken when the market fell further. So it will only stabilize when the market forces have harmony among each other.
