so i need to be watching out for these servers. is it humanly possible to be constantly on watchout while being on Auto connect??!!

No, since AFAIK there's no option to blacklist specific nodes. But you'd know when you get fake error message when attempt to send Bitcoin.

And as TryNinja mentioned, select trusted (or non attacker) sever is better choice.

AFAIK all the server could do is block you from sending transactions (by giving it the error) and show that fake message.

I've feeling the attacker log all (IP, address, etc.) request from all Electrum wallet, people with serious privacy concern might consider migrate to new wallet (with different seed) privately.
