The fall is a loose concept. What OP needs to look is the potential of the coin that he's going to invest and looking at the history chart of it if it is a coin of pump and dump group. Most of these coins are from ICO that is being used by the pump and dump group and after getting what they want, they just leave it there and it never moves. But some of it is still active but not too often.
