YES. It is a scam. Legit ICO's always have their identity shown to the public. Being anonymous means that they are hiding something and its usually a bad thing. Even newbies will not invest on an anonymous ICO. I was amazed to see how many people posted on this thread as we all have the same answer. Don't say it will not be a scam just because you want to be different.LOL, you know the truth
not all of the ico project when they are not showing the team identity are scam, but of course showing the identity and experience from the project is needed for gaining trusting from investor before they investing the money in the ico project
