I will tell you franly that it is very hard to find signature campaigns that accept jr. Members nowadays because they now usually begin with Member and up. But if you wanna push your luck then I suggest you to get updated here. Good luck 
.But just a friendly advice, do not yet seek for bounty campaigns. Work first to improve your post history because I noticed that you are only active on the Beginners and Help section. You should go in the other sections, I'm sure you will learn a lot (especially in the Meta) and get interested at the same time.
