Yes, the Ethereum Constantinople Hard Fork which takes place at block 7.080.000 (as far as I know).
For the users there shouldn't be anything to take care of but I'm sure more information will be released as we approach block 7.080.000.
By the way: It's not a hard-fork that will result in a new coin like Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash or Ethereum Classic and Ethereum.
