The way I see it is campaign participants thinks that this is a much easier approach rather than inserting the hyperlinks of their previous weeks to their latest post which I think is a much more less spammy looking compared to what they are doing now.
I think BManagers should strictly stick to the use of the Proof of Work form. It's not just enough merely putting out the instruction on the OP without enforcing it when participants misbehave. But I think this will be a tall order for bounty managers as most of them don't even have time checking posts count regularly.
