I believe, Riak doesn't die. Ripples are still good and keep improving. Ripple is currently the best coin in Altcoin with third place in Coinmarketcap. So Ripple won't die that easily, because in the future, RIple's potential in the future will grow and continue to grow. So Ripple is becoming more popular
