Seer supported by Government of Hainan Province China and one of the conditions that made me believe the project was good is support from the government and Seer had it. Seer even listed on 12 exchangers including BitFinex, LBank, CoinEx etc, that's a great achievement.
already read WP and I think this project has good chances to take a leading position among other cryptocurrency projects.
