Hi there! I participating in several bounty campaign. In 4 out of 5 campaign deadline was extended. In one be extend for a month, in another - for 2, in a third - for an indefinite period. Say please, this is normal or it is attribute of scam?
Thank!

It is due to the bear-market. Some developers extended their ICO since most altcoin price dropped, making all the invested money in their ICO to drop in monetary value. That's why most ICOs extended their ICO.

Yes, the ICO can't collect any money. That's why they're constantly extending the date.

The tokens you've already bought are not worth the money. That's why we have to wait patiently.
Well, the rate of the main tokens very much fluctuates and goes down, the projects that raised funds when Ethereum was $ 700, received maybe good money but now it turns out that they collected pennies and do not want to go on the exchange with their tokens, then only remains to wait for the market to recover

Yes, what you say is true. It's a big risk to do  "Ico " in the current market. The project may not collect money even if it is very good.

Instead of extending the distribution date, it may be more logical not to enter the market at this moment.
