IGNORANCE OF THE LAW EXCUSES NO ONE. Many Filipinos are victims of so many kinds of SCAMS because some Filipinos doesn't care about the laws. Even just a simple National Law they do not know that is why they are victimized. Like for example, before investing your money into something, we need to know the person and the company behind that investment, we must search and if we feel like we are not sure we must withdraw. We have all the right to say NO. Mahirap sa atin ( I mean to most Filipinos) do not know how to say NO. This is something we must master about for our safety na rin :-)
Kasama ba talaga ito sa batas? I mean if you break a law diba may karampatang parusa naman para dun?
Para naman sa mga pinoy na madalas madali o mabilis mahumaling sa mga obvious scam na mga ganyan, they can't blame anyone kundi mga sarili nila when they are using their emotions while investing their money. Masaklap isipin ang mga ganitong pangyayari pero hindi natin maikakaila na magaling din manlinlang ang mga taong gumagawa ng mga scam, siguro ask the communities opinion nalang kapag mag-iinvest sa hindi siguradong proyekto. Tulungan nalang, dito naman magaling ang mga Pilipino bukod sa "do not know how to say NO"
