Yeah, investors have to be responsible for their own investment decisions.
They should and can not blame on anyone else for their wrong decisions, their losses, etc.
For me it depends on the personal decisions of each of them, certainly whether they want to buy it or not, and the most important thing in my opinion is that they have consequences with what they buy

There are three things:
1) Low price, low volume, and narrow price range over long period of time.
2) Good team, and actively working during those bearish period.
3) Good use cases.
If a token is traded at a very low price, it is not an indicator that it should be bought. It is better to buy a great project at a good price than a mediocre project at a very low price
Agreed with you it's tricky decision to invest in any project we never follow anybody advice in that case when we are going to invest our hard earned money in any project. Some people always try to create fake hype abut any project but this looking promising.
