I hate XRP due to it's unfair and not decentralised nature, but unfortunately banksters behind ripple have too much money to let XRP die or even to fall out the TOP-10... 
XRP is profitable to trade with, too profitable that they'd not let this die for as long as its alive they can keep making money out of it. Sooner the people who had invest to this project will forget but soon as they pump it again, they'd come running to quickly buy again. Those with greed are making this project run.
