Any reason why SEER team choosing BITFINEX ?

I personally didn't like BITFINEX because of high deposit and withdrawal fees and we should deposit around $10k to enjoy features on there which is too much money for me. I know BITFINEX is a top 15 exchange in the world but BITFINEX really not friendly enough for a small investor like me...
