It's a slightly old-fashioned solution. It works by generating timestamps in the Bitcoin blockchain ... This means paying the fee for each transaction and congesting a blockchain that has not been designed to generate content timestamps.
In CREA the timestamp we made it on the CREA blockchain, with 0 fee, with blocks of 3 seconds.
