I wonder if the customer service works with multiple languages as well... But i would trade that to customer service that understands and speaks proper English any day. Hopefully EOSex has that.
I wouldn't expect customer service to have multiple language though. Its a start up company, maybe after years.
The team hired ambassadors to some countries and members of the team are also from the major countries like China, most of the people in crypto I guess understood English as well.
Yes, if project has good support on the English it will be excellent already. I remember time when I can't get any answer from Bittrex or Poloniex a long time. I hope EOSex will solve such problem from start. And I wish team to make the on of the best exchange in 2019! Happy New Year!
