Really, never these type of issues anymore. People complain and complain about pools but they taken no action... Just try p2p for a couple of days and you 'll never want to go back to pools again

check http://p2pool.jir.dk/dogecoin/ and pick one with a low ping, that's all that counts because all nodes are connected...
So you connection string should be something like stratum+tcp://109.72.81.58:22550 -u D7fGSoBg1EaTyJvb5iuwmrPCuPF7shFwRT+0.00232 -p x
the ipadres you'll get from that list, the +0.00232 you can leave out if you want, that's a custom trick to get less rejects, my example is for a 2MH/s system and password can be anything you want

Don't forget p2p is using pplns, so you'll have to mine for several hours before you get your maximum payout and don't worry if you don't get anything for several hours, payouts are less frequent but higher, so after a couple of days you'll notice your profit is actually higher then on normal pools
what is the +0.00232
I have to put something else? Is it ok that I mine with 4 rigs on the same wallet adress?the +0.00232 is some setting that helps you in setting diff and to get less rejects

No problem to use 1 adres for multiple systems, I got 3 systems running with same address.
